TestComplete 10.40 Hangs when Closing

TestComplete 10.40 frequently hangs when I try to close it. The views are emptied, then the spinning circle (Windows 7) is shown for ever. This last time I ran a single test in IE. No IE processes running when I tried to close TestComplete.

    Hi Magnus,

     


    Please follow the steps below to help us investigate the issue:


     


    1. Run the Report Generator tool located in <TestComplete>\Bin\ReportGenerator.exe.


     


    2. Select the "Launch/attach to TestComplete" option.


     


    3. Reproduce the problem.


     


    4. Click the "Generate..." button in the Report Generator tool and save the report to a local folder.


     


    5. Send the link to our Support team.
