TestComplete - issues finding objects when running on a different machine setup

Hi all, 

I saved a project to source control - project is running python scripts against a desktop application - and when I pull down the project to another machine setup (well same laptop different docking station and monitors) some objects cannot be found. I am puzzled here - we are not using location in any way and the name mapping looks good - meaning the parents objects can be found but the buttons we want to interact with cannot be found. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
