Testcomplet not detecting the Javascript Alert and not able to confirm the Alert

Hi

I am using the Testcomplete Version Version: 15.45.15.7 x64

and need to handle the javascript alerts, but testcomplete not at all detecting the alert and whenever tried to click on the alert, it's capturing the underlying object (like in the 2nd image)

 

 

i have tried to use the documentation provided by the Smartbear

but it doesn't help me at all, can anyone help on this

    Hi,

    Apologies for delay in response, apparently as per the Smartbear support Testcomplete will detect the alerts on chrome version 106 and below

     

    For the new version they said they are working on it for the solution

      Then use the Support link I posted above and report this directly to them please.

    Hi,

    Have you heard anything from the Support Team and managed to get it detected?

     

    I'm only starting with TC and not detecting those Javascript alerts make it a nightmare for me.
