It looks like you've missed two useful links provided in the help topic mentioned in my previous post. The help topic is more like a start page which helps you find out which testing type you actually need. According to your description, it looks like you actually need to perform stress testing and scalability testing. The "About Performance, Load, Stress and Scalability Testing of Web Servers" help topic contains links to topics which describe how tests of these types can be performed.
