Test Complete not detecting internet

I have the same problem:
after TestComplete is started the message appears.
I am using teh new licence model with the Smartbear licence Manager.
Although the message appears, i can still work and i am connected to the internet and also the smartbera licence manager (https://manage.smartbear.com/) can be reacht and tells me that the licence is connected to me.
So it seems that everything is working, but nevertheless the message is strange!
