Test Complete hangs and doesnt respond with object spy

I am trying to find a cell on IE or FF using object spy. Test Complete freezes to find the object. When I close test complete and reopen it works fine. If I keep test complete open for more than 2 hrs or so object spy simply freezes and I had to kill the TC process.

Is there any option to increase TC memory utilization as I know most of the tools work fine if you increase their internal memory?
