Test Complete File Extension issue and Difference in Object recognitions

Hi,



I have installed Test complete on two machines on one machine TC 8.5 trial version and on another TC 8.60 floating license.



When i spy one of the CRM application object on these two machine, i got an issue that one machine is showing hierarchy as following.



On 8.50 machine :

Also i m getting Attached snapshot error on machine with TC 8.60.

Please suggest what to do in this scenario. And if There any extension required, please suggest me the path to download the extension.
