TC8 test fail to run from VS2010 Ultimate

Hello,



Is TC8 supposed to work with VS2010 to execute tests?



I've created a functional test that plays back in TC8 on a WPF client app.

I take that test and create a TC test in VS2010 from  Test > New Test > Test Complete Test

I configure the test in VS as the manual indicates.

On playback from VS2010, TC tries to launch (I see the playback buttons in the upper right corner) and then stops.

TC doesn't perform the test and produces failure in VS2010.

    Hello Dan,





    Yes, TestComplete 8 tests can be executed from Visual Studio 2010. 





    I recommend that you open the Log of the failed test execution and check what error messages are posted there. Commonly, information about the error the Remarks pane contains is enough to find the cause of the failure.
