Your name mapping looks like it doesn't have Web Extension installed - as it looks similar to this when I've disabled Web Extension,

Can you verify that Web Extension is enabled (appropriate licence is required)

Ensure you have SmartBear Test Extension installed too.
If you are using Chrome v113, then this has stopped TC from working. Hopefully, a fix will be out soon.
