The problem can appear if the plug-in that provides support for your application is disabled in TestComplete on the Windows XP machine. To check if the plug-in is installed and enabled, use the Extensions dialog.
If you are still having the issue, please answer the following questions to help us investigate the problem:
1. Can you see the application's objects in the Object Browser?
2. When your test stops, does TestComplete post any error message to the test log?
3. Do the application's objects have the same captions on both operating systems? If the objects have different captions, the test can fail.
4. Can you send us your script and the application under test.
