TC 9 Keyword Test Name Mapping Issue
With TC 9 I recorded a keywod test and used it a couple of times.
Its a mixed test that tests a web application as well as a backend application.
I had some issues with the web app because I used FF 18 without the TC FF 18 patch, but the backend apps worked with TC 9.
We have 4 different backend apps. Recently only 2 of them was changed and so all of them was given a new version number.
Now I have issues with the name mappings of the menus and objects in the backend app where no changes were made?
Not on all of them but most of them. I never use to have this sort of issue?
I can overcome this issue by recording a new test and by clicking on the object or menu were my original test fails. I then copy and paste the new recorded test step into the original test and then it works, but sometimes it doesnt help?
