The system requirements for your physical machine depend on the VMs' settings. So, I recommend that you contact your system administrator to configure your physical system and virtual machines on it. Also, please note that if you are going to use TestComplete on a virtual machine, the physical computer should have higher performance than that specified in the Recommended System Requirements section of the System requirements for TestComplete article.
