SVN rebinding

I moved TC to a new machine.

created a new svn repository and export all script (only scripts) via explorer and checked out.

when I added project suite via TC and checked out , shows scripts are non-versioned.

Isn't it supposed to bind automatically?

how could I rebind scripts with regards to TC ? attempted with everything possible I know

Directory structure is same...and in explorer it's versioned..
