Suggestions/How to implement "Fire & Forget" tests

On test workstations, with the Application Under Test & TestComplete running, we often run out of resources, resulting in erratic behavior and test aborts.  I have tried creating .bat files to execute...

1) First item is already requested and is in the approval process.
