Simultaneous execution of scripts

Hello, is it possible to execute two scripts or script functions or two projects simultaneously in TestComplete 11?

In one script/function/project e.g. I want to do some database inserts and simultaneously I want to to some sql queries on a replication of the db.

Also I would want to simultaneously execute some command line .exe files simultaneously and also capture their return values.

This must all be executed on the same machine, not on different machines or VMs. Is this possible with TC11?
