In additional to the help topic you specified, I recommend that you go through the "Preparing Silverlight Applications for Testing" help topic. If this doesn't help, could you please send us a simple application (not the one you are testing) demonstrating the problem via our Contact Support Form (http://www.automatedqa.com/support/message/)?
BTW, the latest version of TestComplete is version 7.51.
