Shutdown utility keyword test hanging on "Waiting for the 'tcCrHost' process to close"

Hi all   I'm getting an issue in a keyword test when trying to close any open web browsers. The Indicator says it is "Waiting for the 'tcCrHost' process to close" and I have to stop the test run ...

    Apologies for the delay, I've been away.

     

    Thank you for your reply. I found this post previously but it did not give me the solution.

     

    I have contacted Support and am working with them to resolve.
