Setting on Object Spy

I want to be able to use Object Spy without the script I am comparing values to minimizing.  I presently have to use Notepad as an intermediary.  How do I keep the Workspace open while using Object Spy?

    Disable the Tools | Options | Panels | Object Browser | Minimize TestComplete option.
