Thanks for the feedback! We have a feature request to make it possible to update images in Stores from the test log, and I've increased its rating based on your post.
Meanwhile, you can update baseline images during the test run by using the Update setting. You can also update individual images manually using the following procedure:
* Open the Stores | Regions editor and make note of the file path, name and extension of the baseline image.
* On the toolbar of the Actual Image in the test log, click Open Picture in Image Viewer.
* Click the Add Image To Stores button and save the actual image with the same file name, extension and under the same path as the original baseline image.
