Hi All, I have been using Testcomplete for about three years, so its working fine expect following issues. Scripts get fail due to difference reason, this make me discourage to continue ...

I suggest that you use TestComplete's DDT feature to read data from Excel files. You can try using this approach instead of Excel's COM object. Refer to the "Data-Driven Testing" article for details.
