script record problem

Dear SmartBear,&nbsp;We use your product (TestComplete). The product version is 7.52.678.7The problem is the following.:-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; When we pushed the "record script"&nbsp;button, sometime the program record only the property checkpoint.Our experience is the problem can solve if we reinstall the program.&nbsp;Could you give us any other solution for this problem?&nbsp;Thank you in advance.&nbsp;Best Regard, Gabor Molnar

Hi Gabor,The problem is very strange. As far as I understand, reinstalling TestComplete 7 solves the problem only for a while, right? Don't you consider moving to TestComplete 9?
