script record problem

Dear SmartBear,


 


We use your product (TestComplete). The product version is 7.52.678.7


The problem is the following.:


-          When we pushed the "record script" button, sometime the program record only the property checkpoint.


Our experience is the problem can solve if we reinstall the program.


 


Could you give us any other solution for this problem?

    Hi Gabor,



    The problem is very strange. As far as I understand, reinstalling TestComplete 7 solves the problem only for a while, right? Don't you consider moving to TestComplete 9?
