This will only launch the TestComplete if i'm understand it correctly.

I want to run a batch file at a specified time.

Hi Gabor,

Have you tried to replace TestComplete with TestExecute and specify full path to your batch for the scheduler?

Also note, that Windows OS does not provide GUI access to the processes started unattended (e.g. from the scheduler). Consider http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/28270/ for the possible workarounds.
