Running Testexecute from TeamCity

I am trying to run a project from TeamCity ( by  Jetbrains) by using TestExecute.

This might be my third or fourth post for the same issue.

I have sent a message to the support team but I did not get much help.

This is the error though

  • Hi,

We cannot find your message in our database. When you sent your message to the Support Team, did you get an auto-response with the ticket ID back (in the format of [Issue # Mnnnnnnn] in the subject heading)?  If you didn't, your request MIGHT not have gone through. Hitting "submit" on the page for sending a message is actually a two-step process - submit in the first place, and then acknowledge to go ahead with the ticket on the next page.

Please try to send your message to the Support Team again.
