"On the fly" is an idiom that essentially means that, instead of configuring your files and folders ahead of time for use with your scripts, you're changing the files during the course of the script run.
I understand what you're trying to do with the files and folders, I'm just curious as to why. Is there some reason why you need to do all this file and folder manipulation as script code? Why not just manually edit all the files and folders to be the values you need them rather than having script code do so?
In any case
This folders are monthly recreated, so, if I do the rename process manually I would need to do that every month. The folders and files are always the same quantity but there content are NEVER the same. Maybe today there are 5 CREATE TABLE in one file and next month it will have 10 CREATE TABLE on that file. That's why I am automating it.
And now I decided to automate the execution of the scripts. But I need to have a log that shows me if they are being executed properly. That's why I want to create SELECT to all create tables.
Hope you can help me. I might do that until friday!
