I could be wrong, but how about this entry in Release 15.72 - February 5, 2025
Addressed the issue with logs not being shown when the TestComplete test adapter does not recognize the newest version on the agent machine.

This is a link to the Visual Studio Marketplace listing for the TestComplete test adapter. This can be used in azure devops pipelines. I have not ever seen a full listing of release notes for this. https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=SmartBearSoftware.install-testcomplete-adapter-task

TestComplete documentation https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/integration/azure/test-adapter/index.html About section, clearly states
TestComplete includes a test adapter that allows Visual Studio Test tasks to run TestComplete tests. You can use it to include TestComplete tests into the workflow you manage with Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server. The documentation https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/integration/azure/test-adapter/install-test-adapter-extension.html section Locally (for Team Foundation Server 2015–2018) clearly states By default, the extension resides in the TestComplete folder <TestComplete 15>\TFS Integration\smartbearsoftware.install-testcomplete-adapter-task-for-tfs-15-72.NNN.vsix
Since the extension is included in TestComplete release, I would only assume that any release notes related to it would be listed as part of TestComplete release notes.
When in doubt, perhaps you can reach out to SmartBear support.

I see the notes indicating the change now. It makes sense to include them with the main release notes. What does not make sense, and what is confusing everyone, is that they're buried within the "Feb 5" release. These latest changes to the test adapter (and only the adapter, as far as I can tell) could be a lot more visible and have their own new entry.
When the breaking update came out, the only way I knew it wasn't just me was the marketplace listing for the test adapter, which has no notes.
