Region Checkpoint failing in Script Routine but successful in Keyword Test

I have a Keyword Test that does a Region Comparison.



When I run the Keyword Test by itself, it succeeds.



I have a Script Routine that Navigates to the Page I need to do the Region Comparison on, as soon as I run the two together the Keyword Test fails.



What could the problem be?

    Ok, seems that every time I run the script the build number would change, so I just used a mask to hide the build number when doing the image comparison
