Hi,
This is a known HTTPS traffic recording issue, but, unfortunately, the load testing feature of TestComplete is currently frozen and, as far as I know, no fixes for the issue are available.
However, SmartBear offers a new product, LoadComplete, which is fully dedicated to load testing (you can read more about LoadComplete's features and download a trial version here).
The HTTPS recording issue is to be fixed in the next LoadComplete update.
