Reading TC results & taking decision to trigger external file

Hello Everyone,



I want to automate a trigger to an external file (.bat or .txt)  depending on how many tests passed and failed in test results log.

Currently I am exporting results to a folder and seeing them in a browser by .htm file.

Is there any way to read these log results automatically and take trigger decision to do further work.
