read a structured references in excel using test complete or vb script

How to access or read the structured references(tables) from the excel sheet using test complete or vb script?

i want to get below items:

a) number of structured references?

b) list of all structured references in a particular sheet and excel?

c) access each cell under structured references?

Please help me in this regard. Sample of excel sheet created with structured references(tables) is attached
