Two controls with the same path and mapped names after mapping an object

Hello, I have two web controls that gets assigned the same mapped name with the same paths when mapping only one of the objects. When played back, the wrong control gets clicked on. Not for sure how...

    Can you post here the screenshots of:

    -- How the object is NameMapped;

    -- Screenshots of both controls from the Object Browser with Properties pane selected
