Check the Firefox version installed on your computer. I suspect that the browser automatically updated to the latest version, which isn’t supported by TestComplete 9.31.

Did you use to record tests on this laptop?
Checked the version its 19.02
Browser is set not to auto update.
It makes sense to check how TestComplete recognizes your web pages. Expand objects in TestComplete’s Object Browser – do you see web objects correctly?
Also, please answer the question I posted in the previews post.
Its seems that it recognizes my web pages. If the question is what type of app am I testing the answer is I am testing a web application.
