Is your test executed fine or do you get any errors when running from a command line? I’m asking because the cause of the issue can be related to the fact that TestComplete doesn’t properly recognize your tested application – each action will fail by timeout in this case. Make sure that you are running your CMD as administrator – in this case TestComplete will be run with similar permissions.

Hi Tanya,
I haven't noticed any errors. I tried openning CMD as administrator (one of the first steps I took). However, the tests are still executed with the same slow speed.

That’s strange. What exact TestComplete 11 version are you using? The latest one is 11.31 – check if you have the performance issue with this product version.
