Well, TestComplete interacts with the GUI so you will have to tell it to interact with the GUI, but you'll need to write some sort of code for you to detect what question is presented so that the proper answer can be applied. I foresee using some sort of switch or case statement where the case is determined by the text content of the question control.
Ok, a case statement would work but where can I get some insight into how I can reference the text from within an Internet Explorer window? Do I need to see if I can reference the HTML code.
Once a match has been found I then need to determine the text which is input on screen.
Are there any examples of how this can be done.

Basically map the object, and then check it's contentText property would be the best way to go.
