Issue with SVN while adding project to subversion

    TortoiseSVN is just a GUI-client for Subversion. First you need to install and setup Subversion server (or maybe request a server settings from your sysadmin).

I didn't find the mentioned folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\CollabNet\Subversion Server\svn.exe"

SVN version I downloaded is from https://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html

After installation, only this following folder  is installed :

C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN

and his sub folders:  bin, Diff-Scripts, Languages

    Thank you for the explanation, I currently installed Subversion server CollabNet Subversion 1.8.13 for Windows, and all subversion functions are available
