How to use CDO objects to send email with .mht file as attachment but not as Outlook file

Have you tried with,

mMessage.AddAttachment("C:\Report.mht")

?

Actually it worked with below command

 

mMessage.Attachments.Item[1].ContentMediaType="application/octet-stream"
