Error accessing Outlook

I'm trying to access outlook email with script routine (as I'm doing Keyword testing). but while trying to access outlook it giving me below error. anyone has an idea how can you resolved this?

Error accessing Outlook: Server execution failed, ClassID: {0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}

    I'm not sure how you are accessing Outlook, but the error is relating to not having the appropriate permissions to the COM component. Your IT Support should be able to resolve this.

    Did you do an internet search for the error message? There's a number of results showing possible causes and solutions

      Yes. I did. checked versions and premission levels. but no luck :(
