Error accessing Outlook

I'm trying to access outlook email with script routine (as I'm doing Keyword testing). but while trying to access outlook it giving me below error. anyone has an idea how can you resolved this? Erro...

    I'm not sure how you are accessing Outlook, but the error is relating to not having the appropriate permissions to the COM component. Your IT Support should be able to resolve this.

Yes. I did. checked versions and premission levels. but no luck :(
