Hi AlexKaras, how are you?
Thank you very much for your reply. And bingo!!! On our VMs, which are used only to run the tests, I installed TestComplete and it worked without any problems. I accessed the data (debug) of the memory variables and the TestComplete application was not interrupted. I ran the tests on version 15.59 (the version I'm stuck on) and also on version 15.81 (true) as shown in the screenshot.
However, I checked internally and due to our security policy, it was not authorized to downgrade from version 11.25H2 to 23H2 and join the network. This is because Microsoft no longer provides updates for version 23H2, only from version 24H2 onwards, which is the one approved by the company.
Okay, but thank you for the message, and if anyone from the SmartBear technical team is looking here, they will notice that it is necessary to release a TestComplete version to correct the problem/error presented by the tool already in version 15.81.
Regarding opening a support ticket, today those who do not have an active license (my case is perpetual licenses, which are no longer sold by SmartBear) are not entitled to updates or support. Unfortunately, it is a form of contracting that hinders the population of the tool. And I reinforce AlexKaras' request: if someone can tag the SmartBear team, I would appreciate it, and I am also available if it is necessary to perform a test with the correction release, since I have the scenario where the error occurs to perform this test.
To avoid stopping the development of automations, since all our laptops are already on version 11 24H2, we are using VMs for this purpose on Windows version 10, but it was good to know and reinforce once again to SmartBear that the application needs to undergo updates and evolution as the OS updates.
