Questions regarding the exchange of computer

Would like to exchange computer (upgrade), I need to do regarding the key TestComplete? For changes the MAC.

What procedures should I do?

    Deactivate your TestComplete license before you get rid of your old machine.  Successful deactivation will allow you to create a new license key in your Customer account.  With the new key you can activate your license on another machine.
