Hi everyone!!I have a problem, my company has 4 keys (Node Locked) for Test Complete, but the person who was responsible for managing the licenses actived a license in your personal PC, so the company need to uninstall that key for using in the office.How Can I do that?How Can I know which key number was installed far away from the company if the host of two keys show the same name?Thanks

Hi Cesar, &nbsp; You can deactivate the license from the Personal PC by using any of the methods listed in the "Deactivating Licenses" article. Once the license is deactivated, the key will be released, and you can see this in the SmartBear Account. &nbsp; For licensing questions, I suggest that you contact our Support team in future.
