Hello.
I've corrected it by changing one windows default configurations.
Open the "My Computer" properties, Advanced, on the Remote tab. Uncheck the option "Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication"
Don't remember what else I've done to make it work, long time since it hapenned.
But the problem was only about Windows configuration, nothing with TestComplete or TestExecute.
