Plugin question

Question

I'm looking for a plugin similar to one in Visual Studio. When I highlight a word, I'd like for every instance of that word in the open document to be highlighted as well.

Does anyone know if a plugin like this exists for TestComplete or how to create one (if it's not too difficult)?
