Plug In Error

I am receiving the following error:  Cannot load data for Web Testing....Make sure the 'Web Checkpoints' plug-in is installed. 



I followed the instructions that were given in the help and It appears that they are installed, however the error still remains which makes me think the install did not work.



Shouldn't these be part of the install when you first set up Test Complete?

    Make sure it's also enabled under File>Install Extensions>Web>Web Checkpoints

    These should all be included with the setup/installation of Test Complete as you asked.

    This is not likely any issue with the plugin, but a rather generic error message.

    You can try creating a new project with a web checkpoint to test this.
