Page elements not getting identified in IE

Hi,

TestComplete can't identify page elements. The Object Browser shows only the Page object.

I'm using TestComplete 8.70 and Internet Explorer 9.

Tha same happens in IE 8.

Google Chrome works, i can see all the elements.

Thanks,

Thiago

    Hi,

The plug-in is already enabled and I can't see child objects of the page. :(

    Thanks,

    Thiago

  • Hi Thiago,

In this case, check whether the browser zoom is set to 100%. You can restore the zoom by doing one of the following:

    1. Press Ctrl + 0.

    2. From the main menu of Internet Explorer, select View | Zoom | 100%.

Also, make sure that all the preparations listed in the "Preparing Internet Explorer for Web Testing" article were made.

    Hi,

I discovered that the TestComplete 8 is not recognizing objects on the page in IE 8 32 bits , but can recognize objects on the page in IE 8 64 bits .

Does anyone know why this happens?
