Hi,
No, there is no way to work with LibreOffice via COM (it does not seem to have a COM server). However, you can do this with Open Office. You can find more information here. - TanyaYatskovska

We have posted an example to our How To section. It demonstrates how to write data to OpenOffice.org Writer in TestComplete via COM. You can try using this script.
