Hi,
No, there is no way to work with LibreOffice via COM (it does not seem to have a COM server). However, you can do this with Open Office. You can find more information here.

We have posted an example to our How To section. It demonstrates how to write data to OpenOffice.org Writer in TestComplete via COM. You can try using this script.
