Offline and online license mode

Licenses that you are using offline need to be returned to the SLM before they can be accessed from an online system. They cannot be simultaneously accessed by both.

It looks like you need to use a manual process through your license system. It is diffeent with a  Fixed User or Floating license as well.  If you reach out to your SmartBear rep they will be able to give you the best recommendations for your setup.
