According to the link I mentioned, TC 9.10 can be patched to support FF up to v.17.
The help for TC9.2 (http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/32774/) says that TC9.2 supports FF up to v18.
Maybe it is worth to upgrade to The latest TC and check whether it help?
