Object Spy freezes and does not respond

When I try to find an object through object spy, the window freezes and does not respond. The only way I can proceed is by closing the browser. Need to some help with being able to use object spy eff...

Did you just install an update for TestComplete?  If so, I would reinstall it and try again.

 

Something else you can try is making sure that nothing is running on the test machine other than TestComplete and the application under test.

 

Let us know if any of that works or not!
