Object Spy does not detect anything like text field or buttons etc... in my mobile app.

I am trying to run my app through 'Record Keyword test'.  Object Spy does not detect anything in my app after running 'Tested app'. It detects desktop window and mobile screen but mobile objects like buttons, text fields etc...



Please let me know how to use Object Spy in mobile app screen?

    Hi Alex,



       I had gone through the testcomplete documentation. In my code, i have added patchservice.jar and also installed testcomplete andriod agent. Still object spy is not recognise any of elements in the app.



    After run tested app, i found 'on-Screen action'. I draged this option to the test window and on-screen action window appears. It does not recognise when i drag the object spy to my app.

     - What device are you using?


     - What Android version is installed on it?


     - Are you using a physical device or an emulator?


     - Did you enable the Developer option on your device?


     - What TestComplete version are you using?

    I am facing same issue. Please check the details as required by you-


     


     - What device are you using?

    Samsung Galaxy S3


     - What Android version is installed on it?

    -4.3 jelly bean 

    Are you using a physical device or an emulator?

    Physical device


     - Did you enable the Developer option on your device?

    Yes I have enabled developer option


     - What TestComplete version are you using?

    Test complete trial version
