Object does not recognize with drag and Point or Point & Fix target
When try to automate and try to find Object with drag and Point or Point & Fix target, it does not highlight fields and controls sometimes. what is the cause of this issue?

Hassan_Ballan Yes i waited enough to get red frame on the desired object but frame comes to taskbar and desktop but not in browser inner page.

Champion Level 3That hints that the browser Extension is not able to access. Have you installed TestComplete/Extension and are using TestComplete/Browser under the same user access such as administrator?
For example: if you installed TestComplete logged in as administrator and trying to use TestComplete logged in as user, I suggest running TestComplete as administrator and have TestComplete start new browser session so to inherit the same access.
Note: I suggest using Chrome as when you close IE it's processes remain active in memory continuing the session, you will need to use Task Manager to terminate these processes in order to start a new session with required access.

I am using Test Complete in Virtual machine(remote desktop) and as per company policy does not allow to act as administrator. Anyways thanks for your help.
